Empowering you to design emotional experiences

ART & SCIENCE OF TRANSFORMATION

In fast-moving accelerating times, audience, customer and client needs are also rapidly changing, with organisations and brands needing to keep pace with their evolving motivations. However, there is a gap between what organisations think they know about their audience, and who the audience really are. Pigalle Tavakkoli supports organisations and teams to close this gap by going beyond broad demographic personas, to apply psychographic methods which flesh them out as nuanced complex persons. This educates, equips and empowers teams to keep pace with shifting landscapes, maintain relevancy and competitive edge, to thrive with confidence in challenging times.

Brands, products, events and services now need to move beyond focussing on form and function to also understand internal drivers, so they can design meaningful experiences which build emotional connections and unforgettable memories. Pigalle created The Experience Design Building Block methods based on 15 years practice as a producer, 12 years as an award-winning educator, and underpinned by the latest in scientific research. Her approach and methods are applicable across events, products, services and campaigns to achieve deeper engagement, increase loyalty and long-term impact.

Pigalle shares her passion and expertise on the art and science of crafting transformative experiences through inspiring keynotes, bespoke training and online courses. Her comprehensive process and practical methods will upskill you, your teams and organisation to unlock challenges, maximise value, and design high-impact solutions that truly capture hearts and minds.
