The Art & Science of Designing Emotions, keynote for Les journées de l’immersif.

Pigalle Tavakkoli presented methods she has created, including the Emotion Change Equation, for designing emotionally charged, unforgettable experiences. She also shared the anatomy and neuroscience of emotions which underpin her approach, and why we should design ‘friction-full’ customer journeys, for the Les journées de l’immersif, in Lille, France.

This was the first major gathering of industry professionals focussed on immersive experiences ever held in France. Keynotes, workshops and experiences took place for producers, operators and host sites such as museums, heritage, leisure, hospitality and retail venues, to come away with creative inspiration and practical methods to develop immersive experiences.
